Don’t wait in any lines! A kegerator and bartender will be with you in The Barn or The Pavilion during your event for ordering ease.
*The Barn holds a maximum of 50 people (6 picnic tables inside) and comes with server and a kegerator bar (stocked with 6 fabulous Lone Oak brews/seltzers)
*The Branch Pavilion holds approximately 200 people (seated) or even more if your guests will be milling about! It comes with a server(s) and a kegerator bar or two, depending on your event size. Contact us for pricing.

Venue Rental Pricing
All prices below are pre-tax and based on a 4-hour event from either 11am – 3pm or 4pm – 8pm. A 20% gratuity will also be added to your bill at the end of any event. All events must be paid on one credit card at the end of that event. Rental fees are non-refundable and required to hold a date.
THE BARN – 50 person maximum capacity
Rental for “The Barn” is $475 plus the food and beverage minimums listed below.
Wednesday or Thursday
Rental plus $500 food and beverage minimum
Friday or Sunday
Rental plus $700 food and beverage minimum
Saturday
Rental plus $1000 food and beverage minimum

*The Barn and The Branch Pavilion are also available for rent from 12-3p on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for a pro-rated rental rate and food and beverage minimum.

A Few things to know
- Outside drinks (of any kind) are not permitted in Event spaces.
- Of course, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on any part of the property.
- Cocktail bar menu items are NOT available to be applied towards food and drink minimums. They may be ordered inside the taproom and paid for separately.
- No candles, Sterno, glitter or confetti please.
- Groups may not take more than 2 tables in the field or in any covered areas like the taproom, porch or pavilion.
- We ask that groups of 25 or more have a private space, tent or VIP table/Fire Pit.
We can offer catering, table, chair or tent rentals and music as well. Just ask! We can’t wait to see you out at The Farm!
Damages Agreement – If your party is found to be responsible for any damages to the barn or items within the barn during your rental, by making this reservation you agree to be charged as per the list below:
Couch: $500, Chair: $125 each, Rug: $250, Side Table: $40, Coffee Table: $40, Kegerator Cover: $250, Decorative accents (plants, flowers, pillows, lanterns, other seasonal decor): $30, Confetti/glitter cleanup: $250 and up.
THE BREWER’S LOUNGE VIP EXPERIENCE
Love the space. Sip. Eat. Enjoy.
The Brewer’s Lounge sits inside our stunning brewhouse. Envision a space that’s warm and inviting, with cozy sofas and wooden high-top tables. The lighting and ambiance are perfect. Barrels currently aging our finest beers and spirits sit along one wall. During your 4-hour rental in this VIP, climatecontrolled space, your private server will bring you all the brews and bites you desire. 25 person maximum but you can add on The Brewhouse to increase that limit to 50! Age 21 and up.
The space can be rented on Saturdays and Sundays from 11-3p or 4-8p! Some weekday rentals are also available. The Lounge offers a variety of seating – sofas, chairs and high-top tables. Hook up to our retro Bluetooth speaker! High-top tables (and barstools) can be scattered around The Brewhouse to increase your space and allow up to 50 guests. $350 rental plus a $500 food and beverage minimum for The Brewer’s Lounge. $600 rental plus a $500 food and beverage minimum for The Brewer’s Lounge/The Brewhouse. Closed-toed shoes required. Food from home permitted, restaurant food not.
