Our VIP Tables and Tents are available by reservation only.
All are a great way to book a guaranteed spot at The Farm! Each VIP Table and Tent comes with its own private server. The tents include fans in the summer and heaters in the winter to make it extra comfortable!

Please note: We do not rent picnic tables. All tables are first-come, first-served. Groups may not take more than 2 tables in the field or inside any covered areas like the taproom, porch or pavilion. Please do not move tables. Thank you!

The cocktail bar menu is available Thursday & Friday 3pm-close, Saturday and Sunday 12pm-7pm.

Need to Know – Please read before booking

RESERVATIONS
While the Lone Oak Tent Grove and fire pit area are close to one another, they are not connected. Each tent or fire pit includes a private Lone Oak Farm Brewing Company server! Each tent or fire pit rental is for 1 hour and 45 minutes plus an allowance of 15 minutes for cleaning. Please come check in at the Host Stand, which is just through the main entrance. We will direct you to your tent or fire pit. 

Please note that while outside food (from home) is allowed, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Coolers are also not permitted on property/inside tents.

*Domestic animals are NOT permitted in or around the tents but are permitted in the fire pit area. Confetti, glitter, candles, streamers, or anything similar is prohibited. Use of any of these will result in a $100 cleaning fine.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of your reservation date/time in order to receive a full refund. If Lone Oak Farm Brewing Company needs to cancel your reservation for any reason (including but not limited to inclement weather) you will be notified as soon as possible and given a full refund by original payment method.

DAMAGES AGREEMENT
If your party is found to be responsible for any damages to the tent or items within your tent during your rental, by making this reservation you agree to be charged (on the same credit card used for the reservation) as per the list below.

CONTRACT
By proceeding with this reservation and accepting from Lone Oak Farm Brewing Company the benefit of using the aforementioned tent and/or fire pit setup, I agree to abide by the rules of Lone Oak Farm Brewing Company, the Tent and/or Fire Pit Rules, rates, hours, Cancellation Policy and Damages Agreement listed above.

Find your perfect spot among Lone Oak Farm’s nearly 29 gorgeous acres of wide-open spaces. We boast a beautiful brewhouse, a taproom with a handmade bar and indoor seating, and a massive porch with posts and beams that were milled on-site. During the winter months, our porch is enclosed and heated. During the warmer months, we keep it cool with fans – and live music. You can pick a table on the porch, or choose from one of the dozens of picnic tables sprinkled across the farm. Watch your children play on our hand-made playground. And our rustic, heated barn or large open-air pavilion are perfect for your private event!

During the colder months…

We offer fire pits for groups of 6 and tents for groups of 12 or fewer. Have your private server bring you a bowl of soup or warm drink as you sit by a fire. Or enter one of our beautiful, furnished and heated tents we have on the property through our partnership with Wild Tribe Co.! Tents also come with a private server. Between the tents and fire pits, you’ll find a lovely place to keep your outsides – and insides – warm. 

During the warmer months…

Our fire pits turn into rentable conversation areas with 6 chairs and a low table. Our 5 Wild Tribe Co. tents transform into the perfect shaded and cool spot furnished for up to 12 guests.
