Head Chef Isaac Diza grew up in Los Angeles California. “Los Angeles is a very diverse city and I got my inspiration from eating so many different dishes from chefs representing different parts of Mexico. My wife grew up on her family’s coffee farm in Honduras and has cooked with the farm-to-table approach for her father’s workers since she was a little girl. My wife Maria and I are big foodies and traveled throughout the US and abroad seeking inspiration resulting in what we believe to be the best version of Latin cuisine dishes reflected in our menu. We specialize In Mexican food with an LA twist, and Honduran and Puerto Rican dishes as I am half Puerto Rican and lived in Puerto Rico for 3 years.”
