Chef Sam grew up in Israel and then moved to Maryland to start a family. His relationship with food started by cooking for his family and friends, and introducing them to flavors from his childhood home. People raved about his cooking, and his homemade hummus was always a favorite. Eventually, this passion for food led him to start a mobile food and catering business to share those same flavors with the local community.
