Day born & raised in Los Angeles California, I have been working in the restaurant/hospitality for the past 8 years, I started “the Vurrito Spot” 4 years ago, the influence came from not only the culture of LA but linking up with friends over game night 2 times out the week and they would always want me to make Mexican food in the kitchen, whether it was burritos, tacos or nachos . I love creating dishes that would add to our game night and bring joy and great memories. I wanted to bring that same energy and experience to the East Coast, my favorite dish to prepare for is our Jac a Tac tacos and veggie dilla (quesadilla) we know that this experience will bring excitement to everyone taste buds, we’re excited for you guys to enjoy! All of our veggies are local and fresh and our salsa are made in house. We feel that the local ingredients bring a amazing taste and livelinesses to our menu.
